Positive experience: المركز كخدمات علاج طبيعي جيد و المعالجين ايضا جيدين ومتمرسين و خدمة العملاء جيدة جدا، ولكن لدي ملاحظة سلبية جداً بخصوص الإضاءة. المركز يعتمد أسوأ وأرخص أنواع الإضاءة التي تشعرك بعدم الراحة فور دخولك للمركز، بل وتسبب صداعاً بسبب توهجها غير الطبيعي وتوزيع الإضاءة الغير مدروس. من المفترض في مراكز العلاج الفيزيائي أن تكون الإضاءة مدروسة ومريحة للأعصاب لتهيئة المريض، لا أن تكون هي نفسها مصدراً للألم والإزعاج عكس باقي المراكز التي زرتها تشعرك بالراحة فور وصولك . أتمنى من الإدارة استبدالها بنوعيات أفضل تحترم راحة المرضى.

Negative experience: من اسواء المراكز الي تعاملت معها وما انصح اي شخص انه يغامر ويروح هذا المركز بالاول يعطونك الثقه انهم من افضل المراكز بس يضمون انك تاخذ جلسه جلستين يبهدلونك بالمواعيد ولا يلتزمون لا بالمواعيد ولا بالعلاج وانا جدا مستاءه لانه الاداره والاستقبال للمركز جدا سيء وابدا ما انصح اي شخص يتعالج عندهم وحتى غرف العلاج غير نظيفه

Negative experience: I have back pain with sciatica. I’m familiar with my pain, but I thought I could try seeing a physiotherapist to help me even more. Unfortunately, he made it much worse, and I haven’t been able to sleep for two nights now. He triggered my sciatica pain to the maximum. It seems he is just applying a standard procedure that he uses for all his patients, and he recommended that I move less, which is contrary to my doctor’s recommendation to move more and stay active. They call the physiotherapist a doctor, but he’s not, he’s a physiotherapist.

Fantastic experience: After suffering a very debilitating lower back injury playing football, I was left with joint inflammation, severe back spasms and 2 compressed nerves. I could not walk, stand, sit or even lay down without intense pain, which took its toll both mentally and physically. My Neuroligist recommended Al Resalah for physiotherapy and I was sceptical this could stop my continuous pain. Al Hamdullah as soon as I entered the center I was put at ease by the level of care and professionslism shown by all members of staff. Dr Ali identified the primary issue and began intense treatment using state of the art technology. I have now completed 7 sessions and the pain has significantly reduced, my mobility and muscle strength have increased and we are now working on the root causes to lower the risk of a recurrence in the future. They are not just qualified but talented at their craft and I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend their services.

Positive experience: Previously Mulk Physiotherapy centre. I did sessions here for my lower back pain due to multiple disc bulge issues and had excellent result. Dr majid always listened to my issues and we worked through them. he gave me exercises to do at home and I always left the session feeling great. has got me back to being active and doing the things I enjoy.
