But recently, the pain returned with a vengeance. This time, it radiated from my neck down to my left arm, and for a terrifying moment, I genuinely feared I was having a heart attack. My neck became completely immobile, and the pain was absolutely debilitating. At first, I assumed it was just muscle strain. My shoulder muscles felt stiff, so I visited a masseur, hoping for relief. Unfortunately, the massage only worsened the condition, intensifying the pain to an unbearable level. Sleeping became nearly impossible. I couldn’t lay flat, and my neck had to stay perfectly straight—any minor movement triggered excruciating pain. Desperate for answers, I turned to an orthopedic doctor. Negative experience: Awful experience. I specifically requested a 3:00 PM appointment, but was pushed to come at 2:30 PM instead. I arrived on time, waited 10 minutes, and was then told by the doctor’s assistant I would need to wait another 10 minutes which I accepted. However, after 30 minutes, no one showed up. I don’t understand why I was asked to come earlier if I wasn’t going to be seen even by 3:00 PM. I eventually left without being attended to, and no one even followed up to explain or apologize. Overall, a complete waste of time and the level of rudeness I experienced was unlike anything I’ve encountered at any clinic in the UAE, Europe, or the US.

Physio is a profitable industry here in dubai, do your research before choosing clinics, as everyone’s promises they can fix your issue, but a year later it still persists.

As per nurse 1 session last for 45 minutes but he was so hurry that not even given me 15 mintues. He just apply some machine therapy and finish.
