I was referred to them by my amazing paediatrician, Dr Federica at Burjeel Al Zeina, when I took my one‑month‑old baby, Toby, who had been diagnosed with torticollis. He strongly favoured one side and had a very stiff neck. From our very first visit, the experience, support & guidance was exceptional. We saw Dr Andrea, who worked with my baby over six sessions. His approach was incredibly gentle, calm, and reassuring — exactly what I needed for my baby and as a parent. The progress was noticeable, my baby responded well to the treatment as I also felt confident and with the guidance and 'homework' I needed to do at home to help. A few months later, I returned myself — five months postpartum — to continue my own recovery journey. I saw Dr Sofia, who supported me through the physical challenges of postpartum recovery with understanding, and expertise providing me with a clear plan to help me and a way forward. In addition, I see Amy, the Director at PB Rehab next door, for physiotherapy. Having osteopathy and physio working seamlessly together under one roof has been invaluable. What truly sets Perfect Balance apart is the entire team. From the parking attendant, to reception, to the therapists and doctors — everyone is professional, warm, and genuinely caring. The booking process is easy, rescheduling is stress‑free, and the insurance reimbursement process is an absolute dream. Fantastic experience: I had a severe issue with my upper back, ribs, shoulder, shoulder plate, collar bone, neck, etc. After 3 days of pain I visited the Osteopathic Perfect Balance Medical Center. I was treated by Emma who is a young french very professional and talented osteopath and she helped me in two sessions only to fully recover. Amazing place and experience. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I saw Kelly with the aim of calming down my nervous system and addressing my TMJ- and stress-related tinnitus, which started after a very stressful and traumatic period in my life. As a very rational person, I was not really expecting any extreme result after just one session. Kelly first massaged some of my trigger points, or something similar, and then placed a few needles into my body. After a few minutes, I suddenly started to cry — not because I was sad, and not because I felt any pain, but completely out of nowhere. I cried and cried and cried for the next few minutes. Afterwards, I felt so purified, much calmer, and as if I would be able to find my balance again. Kelly clearly knows what she is doing. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Bonjour je suis arrivé lundi matin en vacances à ABU DABHI avec une forte douleur en bas du dos que je trainais depuis quelque jour J’ai recherché sur google un cabinet d’ostéopathie et si possible un praticien francophone car mon anglais n’est vraiment pas top Je suis tombé sur ce cabinet, j’ai envoyé un message par WHATSAPP a 09.00 j’ai eu un retour 15 min aprés avec une proposition de rdv le jour même a 15.00 avec EMMA une ostéopathe francophone ,après 40 min de consultation je ressort déjà un peu mieux et après une nuit de repos. Ma douleur n’était plus qu’un souvenir Félicitation au deux personnes de l’accueil pour leurs réactivité Et merci à EMMA pour son travail ,ce qui m’a permis de sauver ma semaine de vacance

After multiple physio sessions elsewhere and no real improvement, I had 1 session with Sarah for extreme pain in the jaw, neck and shoulder which was completely gone. But after paying 600 AED for an appointment, being asked to pay 10 AED for a 1 hour parking in a clinic exclusive area in the buildings parking lot is just ridiculous, greedy and lack of respect for the clients. The clinic should cover for these parking costs.

What really stood out to me was that Dr. Sophia personally followed up with a phone call to check on my son and see how he was doing, both physically and mentally. That level of care is rare and meant so much to us. I’m so thankful we found her — she’s a wonderful doctor and person, and I can’t recommend her enough!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Perfect Balance enough. From the very first visit with Dr Sofia I felt truly listened to. She took the time to understand all of my health concerns and approached everything with compassion and a holistic perspective, which made a big difference to me. Dr Sofia then referred me to Dr Sarah Benggard the osteopath, and I honestly noticed a huge improvement after just the first session. By the third session, my neck, shoulder, and back pain had improved by about 95%! On top of the treatments, I was given simple but effective exercises to do at home, which not only helped release the pain but also strengthened the right muscles to prevent it from coming back. About a month ago, my daughter had an appointment with Dr. Sofia and the experience was truly transformative. She explained healthy choices and lifestyle changes in a way that completely clicked for my daughte and not just informative, but exciting and empowering. My daughter since then, has been taking charge of her health with genuine enthusiasm and a deeper understanding of her own body. We’ve seen many doctors over the years, but none have had this kind of positive, lasting impact. Dr. Sofia truly supported her sense of agency, and I’m incredibly grateful. Negative experience: very inexperienced reception and the doctor did not accept us, unfortunately we were late because the child was sleeping and I warned the girl. but I was advised Valentina as a good specialist, but in my experience she was not one. it seems to me that even in the store they do everything to make the client happy. and this is a medical center, where in any case HELP SHOULD BE PROVIDED. time 19:25 pm: the previous patient IS STILL NOT THERE! I was even glad: it means it is not so good here that people do not come. I do not advise anyone to waste their time, especially to come here with infants!
