2 months ago Fantastic experience: I have had a wonderful experience at the Physio Plus Dubai. The staff were polite ,pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Ali listened attentively to my problem and then explained to me what course of action he was going to take to remedy my situation. He proposed a number of exercises and he stood by me and supported me as I did them. The exercises that I did somewhat helped me in alleviating the symptoms that I had but I needed to continue doing the exercises at home in order to improve even more. Dr. Ali was very professional, pleasant and polite. I wish him all the best in his career and life.
3 months ago Fantastic experience: went to doctor Ali, Physico therapy, And he transformed my body and my posture. I feel like I have a new neck and I am feeling taller. For years I had rounded shoulders and now it feels like I have a straight posture. My friends noticed this after two session. I am super satisfied and recommend it

3 months ago Fantastic experience: Extremely helpful therapists who are treating my muscle related mobility issues with utmost car. Hydropathy and physiopathy treatments including acupuncture treatment are well organised. These treatments proved to be very useful for me who is 84 plus
4 months ago Fantastic experience: Physioplus located in a Pristine premises in a serene location is an excellent physio therapy centre. Their hydro therapy facility is on par with the best. I have been undergoing hydro therapy for post GBS syndrome ; Dr Mohammed Ghanem and his specialised team have treated me with utmost care and my health has improved tremendously. Many thanks to the management and staff for the treatments. During my visits the last few months have seen many patients achieving successful therapy and Strongly recommend this place for specialised therapy. My hearty greetings best wishes to the team .

4 months ago Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Highly Recommended Physiotherapist I have been visiting Dr. Ali from Sohag for treatment of my L5–S1 herniated disc, and I can confidently say he has made a huge difference in my recovery. When I was stressed and worried about needing surgery, he gave me the confidence to avoid it and guided me with the right approach. He taught me effective exercises, corrected my posture, and explained everything clearly so I could understand what was happening with my spine. His techniques have genuinely helped reduce my pain and improve my mobility. Beyond being a skilled physiotherapist, Dr. Mohammed is a great human being—very positive, encouraging, and always patient. He’s also a movie fan, which makes the sessions fun and comfortable to talk through. I’m truly grateful for his support and would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with back issues or disc problems. A knowledgeable expert and a wonderful person.
4 months ago Fantastic experience: I went to PhysioPlus because I’d been feeling this constant tightness in my back and shoulders from stress, and it was getting annoying. After a couple of sessions, I could actually feel my body loosen up. It was such a relief. Honestly didn’t expect it to help this much, but it did. Definitely recommend

The team there was kind, patient, and really seemed to care about fixing the problem—not just rushing through sessions. After a few visits, I felt a huge difference. If work posture is ruining your neck & back too, they’re worth checking out.

I’ve been working with her since the beginning of 2025, and the progress in my hand and arm has been nothing short of remarkable. She doesn’t just guide you through exercises — she helps you understand your body, your limits, and your potential. That alone has made all the difference. Her professionalism, warmth, and consistency make every appointment something I actually look forward to. The improvements I’ve made under her care are miles ahead of anything I expected when I first began therapy with her. 4 months ago Fantastic experience: I recently visited the doctor for physiotherapy due to severe back pain, and the experience was excellent. The doctor was very professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. After a few sessions my pain improved a lot. High Recommended.

She taught me exercises to do at home for continuity purposes. I was happy with the genuine care that she applied and all the 10 sessions were specifically tailored for me. I thank her and appreciate her scientific approach. I recommend her for anyone who is looking for an effective physiotherapy care.
4 months ago Fantastic experience: I have been coming to physio plus and Dr. Maria for the past few months with so much pain and tightness in my shins and hip from increased running and she always fixes every single niggle I feel. She is the best! Highly recommend visiting her.

4 months ago Fantastic experience: Finally found the best physiotherapy center which is covered under insurance + the best therapist &Very conveniently located at the middle of Dubai on Al wasl road near thanya street.Honestly I have tried nearly 5 physio Centers let it be in jumeirah,Jlt or business bay,but this one is the most cleanest with the best customer service.The owner is so welcoming and sweet that she would go extra miles to accommodate you.They are fully booked most of the times,hence they have 4numbers,and also landline.They have facilities for water therapy as well which are not offered in other clinics.Lots of my friends and their families are regular customers after my recommendation.The sessions are 45mins ,but they give you more than an hour to finish the sessions at times.A big shout out to Dr Aala who is got such a big heart,and she personally checks in every patient.Will definitely continue with them.
4 months ago Negative experience: I had a terrible experience with this physiotherapy center. There is massive miscommunication between the staff, and it honestly feels like they are just trying to take as much money as possible from their customers. Before my visit, they gave me a specific price over the phone. I had the first session for the same price but in my second session suddenly the price changed completely. To make things worse, every staff member told me a different story and gave me a different price, none matching what was originally communicated. It was extremely unprofessional and confusing. Instead of focusing on patient care, they seem far more interested in pushing higher charges and creating excuses. I left feeling frustrated and deceived. I definitely do not recommend this place.

5 months ago Fantastic experience: After suffering from chronic lower back pain and discs compression I've felt the difference immediately since the first session with Dr. Bahaa, he represented a highly standard manners, qualifications and professionalism. I highly recommend Physio Plus Dubai as it's considered one of the best in town.
5 months ago Negative experience: The place isn’t hygienic or properly maintained. The equipment isn’t cleaned the way it should be, and the TENS device they used on me still had oil from the previous client.

5 months ago Negative experience: Worst Center for physio therapy they are cheaper than the market coz they don’t have any latest technology they use 20 years old manual approach only and just wait for the client to be 10 mins late will give them smaller session and remind you of session if you didn’t confirm it means it’s not confirm but no they will cut the full session And the therapist always lift them coz the management not professional

6 months ago Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been going to Physioplus Dubai for my child’s ABA therapy, and it’s been an encouraging journey so far. I’ve seen real progress, from better behaviour to growing self-awareness and learning new things every week. The therapists are truly passionate, kind, and patient, which means a lot when working with children. Our sessions are still ongoing, and we’ll be starting speech therapy soon, so I’ll share a fuller review later. But for now, I just want to encourage other parents who might be looking for the right support for their kids, your child is safe here. Physioplus has been a great experience for us, and you can really feel the team’s dedication in everything they do.

6 months ago Fantastic experience: My son is doing ABA sessions from last three months and it’s been a wonderful n satisfying experience with Ms Maryam (therapist). She is so passionate n experienced in her work and an expert in handling kids’ emotions patiently. My son has progressed a lot in speech ,understanding n finishing task in time Ma shaa Allah. The ABA team is doing remarkable job undoubtedly. And Dr Radwa (BCBA) is brilliantly heading the team with immense expertise. Thumbs up

7 months ago Fantastic experience: I’ve been getting shockwave therapy sessions at Physio Plus Clinic and the experience has been excellent. Dr. Jihad, who has been performing the sessions, is very professional, always punctual, and I’ve already noticed real benefits from the treatments. The receptionist, Ms. Mariam, is also fantastic she’s welcoming, friendly, and always goes out of her way to accommodate my requests. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable compared to other clinics. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for effective and professional physiotherapy care.

8 months ago Fantastic experience: Any amazing facility with a truly dedicated team who offer relentless support and services to those in need. Special shout out to Dr Khadeeja (SLT) who supported my daughter with speech therapy. I witnessed my daughter improve so much under her guidance. She is goal oriented and uses different techniques and strategies to achieve outstanding results for her patients. I highly recommend her.
8 months ago Fantastic experience: I recommend the speech therapist, Dr.Pariya. She is experienced, and most importantly, the child responds to her from the first lessons, which makes it easier for the child to speak quickly. She also works with the parents as a team, and you will notice the difference in your child from the first months.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: I have been using physio plus facilities for some time now and I can say that the whole team has been amazing, in particular Dr Gehad and Dr Yashika. Both really take the time out to understand your problems and needs. And their attention to detail with you as a patient Is amazing. They really make you feel comfortable and look after you. I have seen a major improvement in my recovery and a lot of the credit goes to both Dr Gehad and Dr Yashika. I would definitely recommend Dr Gehad for physiotherapy and Dr Yashika for Occupational therapy as they both are experts in their field and you will not be dissapointed.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: We usually started feeding therapy for my daughter with physio plus but later looking at the progress of other kids with physiotherapy we thought of giving it a try. We started therapy with Dr Nadar for my daughter, He is compassionate, attentive, well trained, n knowledgeable in his field. He understands her well making her comfortable n attentive throughout the session Changes in her are noticable, she has become more active n started moving alot. I have been taking treatment from various hospitals, but nothing cured me until I came across an Instagram post from #Physio Plus. Then I casually enquired about treating my pain and to my surprise, Ms. Mariyam was super-fast to act immediately, not only offered free consultation but a Generous discount on the treatment after consulting the doctor. 1 year ago Fantastic experience: We came to physioplus for speech and occupational therapy for our son who has speech delay due to ASD.his OT was handled by Dr.Lareb who discussed with us and set up key goals that would help our son in day to day activities.she has been very focused and professional in her approach. Our son enjoyed the sessions with her.His speech sessions were taken by Dr.Pariya who has helped our son into using terms in simple context. She makes a point to highlight all the good work done by our son in the session and how we can do activities at home to further improve his speech . Overall our interactions, be it with the therapist or receptionist has been very pleasant. 1 year ago Negative experience: I visited Physio Plus today for the hydrotherapy for my wife. The center is not equipped for POD: 1. They provided a broken wheelchair to take my wife inside 2. No POD parking spot 3. Toilet not accessible for POD persons 4. In general, the staff sounds like amateurs and not professional medical staff

The wheelchair provided is not broken, but equipped with a cloth leg rest instead of the metal one, its not damaged rather a design choice from the manufacturer. We ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and in proper working condition.
Parking for Persons of Determination (POD):
Our facility offers ample parking, including spots directly at the entrance for the convenience of patients with mobility challenges. Additionally, our team is always available to assist in moving vehicles if necessary.
Toilet Accessibility:
Our hydrotherapy area is equipped with fully accessible POD toilets, designed to meet the needs of patients with mobility challenges. We take great care in ensuring that all our facilities are inclusive and accessible.
Staff Professionalism:
Our staff consists of highly trained professionals who are deeply committed to providing the highest level of care. We take immense pride in their dedication to serving our patients with respect and compassion.
While we value feedback, we also must address the deeply distressing nature of the interaction that occurred during your visit. Our staff strives to offer every patient a respectful and supportive environment, but on this occasion, they were subjected to verbal aggression, belittling our staff, saying the organization doesn't have money, insults that left them visibly shaken & significantly distressed. Our receptionist, in particular, was deeply affected by the hostility directed towards her, to the point that she was brought to tears.
Given the severity of the incident and to prevent any recurrence of such behavior, we regretfully inform you that we will be unable to offer any treatments at Physio Plus. This decision is made with the well-being of both our staff and other patients in mind.
We understand that certain situations can be stressful, but such behavior is not only unnecessary but also damaging to those who are working to help you. We kindly ask that all communication remain respectful, as our team is dedicated to making every patient’s experience as comfortable and positive as possible.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: We enrolled our son to Physio plus for occupational therapy and speech therapy two months back. Within two months we could see positive changes in the behaviour. Speech therapy sessions are conducted by Dr. Pariya. The session outcomes are well explained after each sessions. We could notice better speech fluency within two months. Occupational therapy sessions were conducted by Dr. Laraib and we notice good changes within few sessions. We are thankful for both the therapist for taking therapy in right direction.
