She takes the time to release the tension in my muscles, which has made such a difference in how my body feels. She also guided me through the right exercises for my condition, helping me build strength safely and effectively. I always leave each session feeling lighter, more mobile, and completely refreshed. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine care make every visit worthwhile. Fantastic experience: Elsa is amazing, I have been suffering for soo long with neck and back pain from an injury that occurred many years ago I had only 1 session with Elsa and she made such an incredible difference in my back and neck. I thought it was a miracle. I have had physiotherapy many times beforehand and Elsa is the only one who has made me feel like a new person again She has an incredible teqnique and really listens to your needs. She really understands what she’s doing. I highly recommend Elsa to anyone who needs physiotherapy, she is wonderful. Fantastic experience: Had an amazing first session with Johnny. I was told before by another physio that I first need to do an MRI and the exercises given to me by the former one didn’t make me feel much better. With Johnny I have hope that I’ll be able to recover with new exercises that feel much more serious and all that without a need to do an expensive scan that would most likely be redundant anyhow. And very likely that I won’t even have to do follow up sessions. Thank you Johnny!

Before we started our sessions, he requested all the medical reports and tailored a program based on what I needed. He follows up even after the sessions and always responsive when I have a question. Sometimes during the sessions I don’t feel good because of the pain, Johnny always makes this extra mile to reduce the pain and make me feel better. Thank you DISC and a BIG THANK YOU to Johnny!!!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable therapists. Both Johnny and Elsa are amazing. I've worked with Johnny on my knee injury and with Elsa on my neck pain and TMJ. Eventhough these are completely different body parts yet they worked together on the body alignment and fascia for me to get the best result and on understanding how to maintain it. Been to both DISC Dubai branches, and today I visited them in Central Padel and simply loved it (the gym, the equipment, and somehow it's calmer than the others)

Fantastic experience: I was referred to with Johnny Hlayel with a previously diagnosed "frozen shoulder." After an initial assessment, Johnny proceeded to release some trigger points, and then taught me a few simple and manageable exercises which I can do at home. Almost two weeks post my initial visit and my mobility has increased greatly. I started at DISC in pain and feeling vulnerable. Johnny was cognisant of this and kindly worked with me, motivating me even through my self induced shame of being weak. Thank you, Johnny!
