She is very experienced with adolescent scoliosis and really understands how to work with children and teens. She is kind, patient, and always makes my daughter feel comfortable and confident. He treated me on two separate occasions — first for pain in my foot and ankle tendons, and more recently for my back — and both times the results were outstanding. Positive experience: I started with Dr Dragana Sipka around a year ago, and now i recommended her to my brother. We both love how she works in the sessions. Targeting the issues we came in for, very very friendly and social, not harsh and very committed to helping you in session and gives at home work to do.

Negative experience: Appointment management at Kings Hospital is getting worse and worse every time, especially for physiotherapy and ENT. The practitioners and doctors are good but the appointments managements either from the receptionist or the nurses or anyone who is handling the appointment booking and contacting the patients are not good and it is frustratong. You cannot reach them to book an appointment, and when you call customer services, they claim that they cannot see all the available appointments and that someone will call you back. When you ask when, they do not give a time. It is as if you are expected to wait by your phone and not have a life on your own. They call only once, and God forbid you miss that call—they never call back. Then the same cycle repeats. I call costumer service and ask when I should expect the call and how I can contact them.... I have to keep calling customer service, who seem clueless about managing appointments for these departments. As a patient, I am not even allowed to contact the department directly to arrange a convenient time for me. As for physiotherapy, I lost my insurance approval because I could not reach them. When I missed their call, they never called me back. When I submitted a complaint, they called back and promised to give me an appointment the following week. I clearly told them that even a confirmation message would be fine just if I missed your call. No one sent a message nor they called again. Now, I just give up on them and lost my son's remaining sessions and If I want to book another sessions, I need to go to the pediatrician first. Very frustrating experience.

Fantastic experience: I didn’t believe in magic until I met Gonca at King’s physiotherapy! I had been suffering with my sciatic nerve for so long to the point of not being able to sleep because of the pain. It literally took one session with her for me to get to a point of bearable pain. By the time we were done the 2nd session, I even forgot why I went to physio. I know this feels exaggerated but it was just like that. She’s amazing and does a very thorough job! Amazing professional!

Fantastic experience: The treatment I received at the Physio Center for King’s College Hospital in Dubai Hills was very effective. I had a back injury, muscle spasm, a week before a sports competition. I did 3 sessions with them that helped me relieve the tightness and gain back my back mobility for the competition. I continued the sessions after the comp to get things back into place and follow certain exercises during my workouts. I particularly recommend Goncagul who helped me before the comp and I am continuing with her, in addition to Rhea.

I must say she is doing extremely good job. I have a knee problem and when I started I couldn’t walk more or couldn’t climb stairs because of extreme pain in my knee. But after starting my physio with Dr. Goncagul from my 1st session I felt much relief in my pain and by the time my 3 Physio my knee pain got much reduced. Now I can walk and able to do exercises as well. Dr. Goncagul is very kind n supportive. She understood my pain and problem properly and started working on it. Negative experience: I've been to many hospitals and cliniqs in Dubai, but never had such unpleasant experiance. Starting from messy valet to the reception. There is always a confusion and misunderstandings, I feel like I have to beg for therapies. I have sent to them my results and MRI photos, they didn't upload it in the sistem so each therapist had no clue what is my problem. Spent time to explane during the short 45min session. All sessions were totaly pointless as I did 3 of them with one week gap in between. The remaining 7(+10) still didnt finnish, as they didn't call me- waiting for cancelations ‍. I am pritty sure they forgot to inform as it's impossible that no one canceled in last 10 days. Also, offering me to book 2 months in advance is even bigger nonsence. Tried to call them many times, no one pick up, on whats up always late replay, pointless too. if you call Saudi German or American Hospital 10 times in a row they will always pick up and kindly assist any time of the day. This is a big disappointment for such a well known hospital the only good thing is they have great therapist, Marko, Taha and Romanian girl. Still waiting for my sessions with Nemanja, hope they gona happen this year before my surgery !

She always paid close attention to the details of my condition and provided the right therapy with professionalism and patience. Fantastic experience: I started my Physio at Kings College Hospital few months ago and I found it one of the best physio facilities in Dubai and I must commend Dr Sheherzad for her exceptional skills , professionalism and dedication to her job. I surely had 5 star overall experience!!

Negative experience: Had an appointment which was cancelled and I was not informed. Travelled for 45mins to reach the clinic to be told oh no sorry were you not informed? No messages or phone calls to let me know.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Riya for the past 6 months after my ACL surgery, and she’s been amazing throughout my recovery. She’s knowledgeable, patient, and really takes the time to explain every step of the rehab process. Thanks to her guidance and support, my knee feels strong again and I’m back to my normal activities. Highly recommend Riya for anyone recovering from an injury or surgery!

Fantastic experience: I was seen by Taha after knee surgery for 3 months, he was professional, patient and encouraging during the whole time. The facility was always clean and everyone friendly. I would highly recommend this facility and Taha in particular.

Fantastic experience: I had at least 10 sessions on this location with different therapists and by far, Dr. Shahrazad Nousheer was the most dedicated one. I can't recommend her enough and I'm sure she'll get far by her dedications.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Taha did a miracle for me, release from back pain. In my case 5 to 10 sessions were enough to get back to pain-free life. The facility is well equiped, with advanced physiotherapy machines and a gym for trainings. All doctors and staff are very professional, I definitely recommend King's Physio Centre.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been receiving treatment from Dr Shahrazad at Kings Physio Centre and have been very impressed with her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and tailors each session to my needs, which has made a real difference to my recovery. Sadly, the laser machine has not been working for almost a month, and I really needed this as part of my treatment. It’s unfortunate that the centre only has one machine shared among all the therapists.

Fantastic experience: I attended physiotherapy at King’s College Hospital Dubai from start of August till end of September and had a great experience. The front-desk team — Esther, Samuel, and Jo — were always helpful, quick to update me on cancellations, and made booking easy through WhatsApp. Both Sam and Jo were a breath of fresh air — patient with my many queries and even helped me arrange appointments at other King’s College clinics. A special thanks to Samuel for resolving a tricky insurance issue and tracking my remaining sessions so efficiently. My therapists Pia, Gurpreet, and Taha were all excellent — professional, caring, and knowledgeable. Pia especially stood out for her detailed approach and support. Highly recommended team all around! The Valet parking is also great but can get busy sometimes, so I suggest you try to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment due to the que for valet parking.
